Project Overview
Appetite deployed its Event Creation & Management package in this project.
the challenge
Purple wanted to reach out to their clients and HCPs in a professional yet dynamic manner. Therefore, Appetite Creative was contacted in order to build a unique virtual event on how to adapt marketing practices to meet the ever-changing role of pharmacy, turning it into an experience not only for the attendees of the event but also for the guest members of the panel.
the solution
Appetite deployed its Event Creation & Management package in this project. We have started by assigning an Event Manager from our team to be the main responsible for this webinar. The first step was discussing the look and feel of the event with Purple in order to give recommendations on the type of creatives and copy for the event. We have then set up the sign-up page for the event and helped Purple carry out a rehearsal, so everyone involved in the event was ready prior to the session. Purple’s Marketing Manager was always in close contact with Appetite’s Event Manager, who was responsible for carrying out the live event in a dynamic and smooth way. Appetite also worked on the session’s post-production, releasing the full edited version of the webinar on YouTube and a set of 12 snippets, including the highlights of the event.
the results
The webinar ‘The chameleon customer: Marketing to the ever-changing pharmacist’ turned out to be a success. Not only did more than 65% of the registered participants attended the whole event, but most importantly, 90%+ of the attendees participated in the interactive polls launched throughout the event by the host Fiona Wylie. Also, among the attendees that came from 7 different European countries, there were representatives from more than 30 Global Pharma, Healthcare and Marketing companies and agencies, making this webinar a great opportunity for professionals in this field to network with each other, and share insights on their marketing practices and services.
