Colour test

  • Another example of a more creative job is a game for which the applicants must select the right colour for the right purpose.   • The last example is based on an already existing gamification recruitment game called Marriott. Within this game, the applicant plays the role of a hotel manager where the applicant needs to deal with day-to-day problems (such as maintenance problems, inventory or training workers).
