Introduced in 2005 in Frankfurt Motor Show, the Ferrari F430 Challenge uses the same car model with 4.3L v8 engine.
The car model was modified to perform on race circuits.
Last May was the prestigious AMOC (Aston Martin Owner’s Club) racing event along side Ferrari F430 Challenge. The event showcased not only modern race cars but vintage pre-war cars.
The first event was the AMOC 50’s Sports Cars and Rod Begbie won driving a 1958 Jaguar XK. For the Aston Martin Challenge, Edward Leigh who drive a BMW M3 GT4 won. Porsche Club Championship, Peter Morris won. The Innes Ireland Cup, Richard Hudson driving an Austin Healey 3000 MK III won the race. The Pre-War Team Challenge, Clive Morley driving a Bentley 4.5L was victorious.
The prestigious Ferrari F430 Challenge, Harvey Stanley claimed the victory.
The 24-year old Stanley was one of the youngest to win the challenge.
